Biography

Deborah Nkansah Esq. is a highly regarded legal practitioner with expertise in corporate law, higher education regulation, and institutional governance. As University Counsel, she provides critical legal guidance to the Governing Council and senior administration on matters ranging from statutory compliance to contractual agreements.

Her role includes advising Council on legal risks, reviewing institutional policies for regulatory compliance, and representing the University's interests in legal matters. She ensures that the institution's governance practices meet the highest standards of legal and ethical conduct.

Ms. Nkansah has previously served as counsel to educational institutions and corporate entities, and brings a meticulous, principled approach to her advisory role at the University.
