Biography

Professor Felix Hammond is a distinguished academic and governance leader with extensive experience in higher education administration across Ghana. He brings a wealth of knowledge in institutional leadership, strategic planning, and academic governance to his role as Chairman of the Governing Council.

As Chairman, he provides oversight and strategic direction for the University, ensuring that Council decisions align with the institution's mission to develop African leaders for global thought, innovation, and enterprise. His leadership has been instrumental in strengthening the University's governance frameworks and expanding its academic partnerships.

Professor Hammond has served on numerous national education committees and is widely respected for his contributions to advancing quality higher education in Ghana and the West African sub-region.
