Executive Management Council
The senior executive body responsible for day-to-day leadership and operational delivery.
Purpose
The Executive Management Council leads the day-to-day management of the University, translating Council's strategy into operational delivery across academic and professional services.
Key responsibilities
- Implement the approved strategic plan and annual operating priorities.
- Manage institutional performance, budgets and resource allocation.
- Coordinate cross-faculty initiatives, partnerships and student services.
- Report regularly to Council and the Academic Board on operational matters.
Composition
President (Chair), Deputy Presidents, Registrar, Finance Director, Deans and heads of key professional service directorates.
Meets
Fortnightly.
