Mrs Foli leads Quality Assurance at Southshore, working with programme teams to maintain rigorous standards, support accreditation and drive continuous improvement across teaching, learning and student experience.

Biography

Mrs Esther Foli is a quality-assurance specialist with extensive experience in tertiary education standards, programme review and accreditation. She has worked with universities, polytechnics and professional bodies across Ghana to design and implement robust QA frameworks aligned with national and international benchmarks.

At Southshore she leads the Quality Assurance function, partnering with programme teams to maintain rigorous academic standards, prepare for accreditation visits and embed a culture of continuous improvement in teaching, learning and student experience.

She is a frequent facilitator at workshops on outcomes-based education and internal quality systems.
