As President of Southshore university College, Professor Nsowah Noamah sets the strategic direction of the institution, working with Council, faculty and partners to advance the College's mission of forming African leaders for global thought, innovation and enterprise.
Biography
Professor Nicholas N N N Nsowah Noamah is a distinguished academic and institutional leader with more than three decades of service in African higher education. He has held senior academic, research and executive roles in universities across Ghana and the wider sub-region, and is widely recognised for his work on governance reform and institution-building.
He serves as President of Southshore university College, where he sets the College's strategic direction, leads its relationship with Council and external partners, and champions a model of higher education rooted in African thought and oriented to global enterprise. Under his leadership the College has expanded its postgraduate offering, strengthened quality assurance and deepened its industry partnerships.
Professor Nsowah Noamah is a regular contributor to national policy conversations on tertiary education, research funding and the place of African universities in the global knowledge economy.
